Three Phases of Marketing Journey

Before
(Prospect)

The phase where your customers don't know you exist or what you have to offer. You need to reach out to them

During
(Lead)

The phase where your customers are in touch. And you convert them from leads to customers

After
(Customer)

The journey doesn't stop after they buy. You can maximise your profits on this phase

In our marketing plan, we divide it in to three phases. And each phase has three categories. Making 9 parts all together. 

Before Phase

In this phase, you will identify:

  3. The Media I Will Use To Reach My Target Market

During Phase

In this phase, you will identify:

Once people are aware of your products. How will you lure them in? What lead magnet will you use to capture their details? And once they get in touch, how will you close the sale?

 

After Phase

In this phase, you will identify:

  1. How I Deliver a World Class Experience
  2. How I Increase Customer Lifetime Valu
  3. How I Orchestrate & Stimulate Referrals

To make your business truly successful you will need to deliver a world-class product or service. 

But it doesn’t stop there. You also need to get your customers to buy again. once they’ve purchased from you, it’s much easier to sell to them again. And the profit margins can be bigger because you don’t have to advertise to them again.

Finally, you can maximise your profits by asking for referrals. Which is what you will specify in this last section.
